1. Handmade Products

All garments and products are designed and/or handmade by Joaquin Ledesma. Because of the handmade nature of my work, slight variations in color, texture, stitching, measurements, or finish may occur.

These variations are not considered defects and are part of the character and individuality of handmade clothing.

Product photographs are intended to provide an accurate representation of each item. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, monitor, lighting, or other display settings.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item(s) under these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order at our discretion, including in cases involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information when placing an order.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout.

Payment must be successfully received before an order is considered confirmed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, or other website errors. If an item is purchased at an incorrectly displayed price, we may contact you to confirm whether you would like to proceed at the correct price or receive a cancellation.

4. No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

Because our garments are handmade in limited quantities and may be made specifically for an individual order, we are unable to accept returns based on changes of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or failure to review product information before purchasing.

Please carefully review the product description, measurements, sizing information, materials, and photographs before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or substantially different from the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order information and clear photographs of the issue.

We will review the situation and, at our discretion, may offer an appropriate resolution such as a repair, replacement, or other remedy.

This does not create a general right to return or receive a refund.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

5. Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size based on the measurements and sizing information provided with each product.

We strongly encourage you to compare our measurements with a garment you already own before purchasing.

We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from a customer's selection of the wrong size.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe stated on the applicable product page or at checkout.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, customs, weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery is shared with the applicable shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

7. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country or local authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price unless expressly stated otherwise.
